Thats sounds like my place of business. I operate a 30ton mobile crane on occasion. My boss has no knowledge of them, but I don't expect him too. But I expect him to come to me for planning of a lift job be for he does it himself and tells our customer it can be done. (Unfortunately some fellow workers think the boss should know everything.) I like a boss that can except his limitations and rely on feed back from the ranks.
