I herd 14 cats at work, 12 technical and 2 office/admin......I ask for feed back and often recieve it and sometimes actually act on it....I believe an employee that feels uncomfortable giving feedback/suggestions to "the boss" is less valuable to the company......ultimately though.....the mgr/boss takes the hit or praise no matter whos idea....just gotta keep in mind...when a Lt. find that sergent and let him know the score...you make me look good and i'll make you look good..if either of us look bad we end up looking bad together,,so lets work together.
