Oh no, all of our mechanics think the company "owes" them a job...they would'nt last 3 days at a real job. They actually curse management if they get a gate call and they have to put their playstation controller down, or get up from a card game...totally out of control, and management has no intentions of implementing any rules. You can go on a field service (broken airplane at an outstation), charge the company 26 hours overtime, and never have a clue as to what their doing, or how to fix the airplane. I have to go up and get the thing and bring it back to Atlanta because the only thing the mechanic is interested in is how many hours OT they can get. Absolutely no accountability...Only in America!!!!
