This is for all you managers and supervisors out there. In your job, who wants people working for them who gives feedback and differing view points, or people who always agree and do whatever you say. I know this is really general, but I just want to get a sense of if there is a majority.
For me, I always want feedback, new ideas, and people who are not afraid to speak their minds but once a decision/direction is made get the work done. This to me is the very definition of profesional. My boss, however is completely different and this sometimes gets me into trouble. He wants blind loyalty from the very beginning, and can't understand why anybody would disagree with him. Ooops I started venting already.
