HD necks and bearings are different from the Triumph's, but you could possibly press your stem out of your bottom tree and into a springer.
When I did my front end swap I had a machinist press out the stem from my stock trees and into the other trees I used.
So far I have found the same as Ian, the rake/trail/length is close to Harley 2' under springers, but the distance between the top and bottom tree (which cannot be adjusted) is too short. 
I'll keep researching, but it doesn't look like an easy job at all...
