A lot of shops that do the big bore machine work have heads ready to go, some form SM, some from bA. No difference at all ceptin for the black or silver colors. Cams are same too from 2001 to 2005..
Come on Pat, this is the UK, you cannot buy anything for our bikes like that off the shelf. Infact some of the engineering shops still use a hammer and chisel.
