A few years ago our local HD superstore had a pretty big shindig with Santa, food, drink and a radio station remote. My Fiancee' and I dropped in (nothing else to do, weather too bad to ride). Well, after walking around and looking at the new HDs, walking the clothes aisles and having a laugh randomly pulling parts off the shelf and proclaiming to each other (not using inside voices) what foreign country they were made in, we made an observation. There were approx. 200+ people in the store at any one time, and in the hour we were there, NOT ONE PERSON actually sat on a bike. That's pretty funny, IMO. That many people in the store for that long and no one threw their leg across a seat. Definitely not there for the bikes....
