Said his computer was coming up.
Put me on hold 3 min.
Came back & verified order booked 10-28.
Still checking status.
Then said "Well, it should be very soon now - 1 - 1 1/2 - maybe 2 weeks".
Translate that as you see fit.
I asked if it was their policy to bill a customer's card before shipping.
He said "Well, it IS a prepaid order".
BMc: So that IS your policy?
Rob: Yes.
He said he'd send you an email explaining the status.
I told him that would be a good thing because you had inquired previously and gotten no response.
In the vintage section at rat.net, there's an AUP discouraging the classifying of suppliers as good or bad.
I don't know why that is.
