If I was a new bike buyer in '09 (or whenever we get the EFI bikes), the shape of the tank would not stop me from buying a jet black EFI Speedmaster.
That said, when I was planning the current (perpetual) makeover, my buddy asked if I wanted to adapt an aftermarket tank. I said HECK NO. I love that tank.
