Yeah, that's already crossed my mind. They said the buy-back would be about $1500 and it would obviously have a salvage title then.

The bike isn't paid-off, so after paying off the bank I wouldn't have much to spare to buy it back. But if I take the money and resell the Pipes, etc. I would have a nice amount to put towards a down payment on something else.

I still can't believe they want to total it though...
