Most are broken chains. I got the DID x-ring chain with the riveted master link. Very easy. Took about 10 minutes to do. Cut the old one off with the angle grinder and slid the new one on. Popped on the master link and pressed down the rivets. If you are inventive enough, you can do it without the "required" tool...
