Probably the first stock (or new classic) bike with a 300. I'm pretty sure the Rick Fairless Triumph chopper shown on Biker Build-off had a 300.

I guess I was wrong but I didn't think a 790 would drive a 300 real well? Having said that maybe Angel's doing this one up as a show bike and he is lucky enough to have a ride bike too. Me I have to make sure any mods I do don't effect the ride too much cos I only have my one baby

Very Cool! I wish the pics were better.
Steve.....is that paint white or silver? Maybe a pearlized white????
Ceuls
Good eye for some cr@p pictures Ceuls. I would say it was a heavily pearlized silver. Looked almost white but with a silverish tint to. No plans or blueprints at all for the setup Bill... not my bike and I didn't get any contact info for the dude. I told Angel that he definitely HAD to check out this site and sign up to post up as there would be a lot of interest in his bike. As far as how the engine drives it I couldn't say but there was a couple of times during the parade when we had to put a little throttle to it to close up gaps and it appeared to take off quite readily. He cracked her open and it jumped right to it. I would really wonder how much weight that set up would add myself... I am thinking hardly anything noticeable. That rim was aluminium and extremely open. My guess is that if you put that rim and a stock steel spoked rim on the scales there would only be a couple of pounds difference. Same with the tire. Yeah, it's wide but did you see the profile on it?
Doubt I'll see Angel out and about very much this winter if at all.... I will keep my eyes peeled for him come Spring though and hope I cross paths with him again at some point. Bike won't be hard to spot that's for sure.
