I've got dozens of games for the PC that include fighter pilot, car/motorcycle racing, and FPS games from the DOS era to Windows Vista. I have a PS1 i never use anymore since I got my PS2. I started gaming back in the 1980s with arcade video games and had opportunity to work in that industry as a repair tech in the late 80s. The last few years have seen a shift from driving/flight simms to FPS games Castle Wolfenstein (DOS) and later Return to Castle Wolfenstein (Windows.) I don't play all the time. Seems to come in phases. When I'm in gaming mode I'll spend hours or days on the PC or Console playing the game I'm on at that time. I've got every Call of Duty for the PC and PS2. I've got Halo 1 & 2 for the PC. Don't guess I'll be getting Halo 3 unless they produce it for the PC.I can live without it. Halo 2 was for Vista only which I have only on my laptop and don't intend on putting it on anything else I have. Laptops are just not built for gaming. My next console investment will be the PS3. But at ths point in time I can only see that for the Blu-Ray capability. Where I live we don't have DSL or any other hi-speed internet unless I want to get a satelite interent hook up which is not supposed to very good for gaming. Anyone have any input on that? Right now all I have is dialup so thats a closed door to online gaming.
Well thats my two cents worth and some change. These days all I want to do is read the postings on BA.com. Go figure.
