I've got the Triumph leather saddlebags, well made, but you're right, they are a bit on the small side. The best bag I've bought is a Kuryakyn custom roll. They make a nice range of bags, but I don't think they do throw-overs ? I guess it depends on what you want to carry, what style you want and how much you want to pay? If I replaced my Triumph bags, I'd probably go for "Held" brand (made in Germany).
