There won't be what I would call a big change. It all depends what sound you are looking for. The last baffle is a little tougher than the rest. I knocked quite a few out but you have to be careful because there is mesh right behind that one. The mesh runs the length of the pipe holding packing against the outside. I used an air chisel to work my way around the outside of it aboutmaybe 1/16th to 1/8th inch away from the very edge. It came out fairly easily for me with no damage to the mesh. That being said I know of several members that have tried that and ended up with a mess. I think the best way is to use the double hole saw method. One about the size of the small pipe in the center to act as a center and then a larger one to do the cutting. Both mounted to the same center. Once that one is out it is a simple matter to remove the rest if you decide you want to. The catalyst is a different story. I am told it is soft and tough to get out but haven't tried one yet so can't tell you for sure.
