havent seen any in SC, but then again if they did, people would be more inclined to run into something beacuse they would have to put down the coffee, tell the person on the phone to hold on, and stop reading the paper long enough to read the sign.. Only to run into the back of the car infront of them that slammed on the brakes cause a bug hit the windshield on the new Beamer they just leased.
