Evidentaly, they were merged with Moto Guzzi and later degenerated to just making scooters and mo-peds...in europe not exported to US....evidently just a few years ago they developed a triple and called it the Tornado Tre...this bike I found is a 2005 model...like you, had a little Benelli many years ago and have always had a soft spot for the marquee....but they are back to exporting to the USA after more than 20 years wondering about what people have to say about them,,,,thought some of our overseas Bro's might know..........
