Just look at our situation where 3 kids can assault Wendy (disabled woman) and Amanda (our pregnant daughter),leave visible injuries and get charged with trespassing! Then allowed to drive off! It's no wonder things like this happen. People in for murder regularly get out after just a few years and it sickens me. I am all for the use of deadly force to protect family and home! I am also for the death penalty in cases where all doubt has been addressed,and I don't mean leave them on death row for years but do it! Not 20 years later! It is a sad fact that these things seem to be moving in everywhere, I live in the Poconos and it used to be a wonderful place to live. Almost no crime , no litter , rural and now it's the invasion of the NYers and there is litter everywhere, violence ,robbery,drive like idiots etc.. They act like they are still in the inner city ghettos. People used to honey moon here and vacation here and now I can't imagine paying to vacation here, I would be ******. It is high time this country got tough on offenders, I understand a kid doing something stupid and that happens but a violent crime or burglery or something like that should be punished early. Our towns and cities seem to be being overtaken by thugs and criminals and almost aided by law enforcment by the act of not doing anything to the offenders. The days of a burgler being able to sue when hurt during the commission of a crime should end! If they get hurt breaking in or trespassing then they got what they deserve and should not have any legal recourse against the home owner weather the dog bit them or they got hurt any other way. If we stop letting criminals get away with things maybe a few of them would think twice before committing a crime. Over crowding? Who cares. If they hadn't committed a crime they wouldn't be there! I don't care if it's 3 to a bunk or 9 guys in a 2 man cell, let them take turns lieing down to sleep!
