I have a pair of Olympia overpants that have worked real well. They don't sell the particular style I have anymore, but
they have this style now. The separate rain liner is kind of a pain to deal with, but not a deal killer. Mine are not insulated, but I've worn them down into the 20s and have been fine.
Most of the other major manufactures have similar style overpants.
The First Gear Overpants were the ones I originally wanted to buy, but the Olympias were on closeout a year ago for half the cost.
If you're interested in leather, there are these
Power Trip overpants, I saw them at a local store and they were really nice. Or, if you're looking for a cheaper solution,
Jafrum sells a set of leather overpants for half the cost. If getting something really warm isn't necessary, someone last year suggested going to a sports store and buy a set of warm-up pants like basketball players wear. I tried looking for some, but never found any.
