We have the Hagons on Wendys bike. Lowered it 2". We like them and when you buy you specify the spring strength and dampening. I didn't know what I wanted so I described the roads and weight of rider to him and he hit it dead on the first time and we are very happy with them. Others will say Progressive are better,I don't know about that since I never had those.
