It's subjective, but I would argue that the red overpowers the orange a great extent. There is no mistaking that the LED's are red. There's no way you're gonna get pure red through those lenses, so your local enforcer may call you on it. I would argue anyday that tripling the rear end illumination offers far greater safety despite any red impurity. The "perfect" solution would be to install clear lenses with amber repeater bulbs.
