I can:
Looks
Fit & Finish
Snell & DOT rating
Interchangeable flip-up visor or sunshield

I love my EXO-200. Traded up from DOT half-helmet. The half helmet will never grace my head again (gave it away).

Here are some scorpion helmet reviews.

And here is a page with links to hopefully more helmet info than you'll ever need.

For the price, and even for a price 3x more, you will be hard pressed to find a helmet that has the same build quality, fit/finish, materials, an antifog face shield that actually works, and dot/snell rated. I use an exo-700 everyday, and my wife bought an exo-400. Hardly any difference between the 2 except styling and about $50. Highly recommend. They do tend to run a size smaller it seems, so make sure to try one on for awhile in the store before purchasing.
