So, I got off of work early tonight and came home and got on here, and was wondering what everyone else does for work? I'll start it off, I'm a blackjack, soon to be craps dealer at Horseshoe Casino here in Iowa. Anybody else work in a Casino?

Tough guy. I look for chickens. One big schnook always seems to be around my neck of the woods, he's got a pompous southern sound to him. I wanna clock him with a ball bat tomorrow morning.

In real life, I sell stuff, building materials mostly. Tough market with the housing thing going on lately, but its just a part of the natural cycle.

Interesting post

County agent, stereotypically linked to the Hank Kimball character on the old "Green Acres" tv show. I like to ride the Triumph over to "Petticoat Junction" and visit those daughters, they're crazy.

I own (with 2 partners) a marketing and design consulting firm that specializes in food service. I design kitchens and serving areas for schools, colleges, offices, hospitals, restaurants, bars, etc. At one time or another I have done everything you can do in the restaurant and bar industry. Currently doing extensive studies of the ergonomics of bartenders viewed from the customer's perspective.

Women and cats will do as they please. Men and dogs should just get used to that fact and relax

Manufacturing Engineer for a aerospace ball bearing manufacturer who somehow roped themselves into the automotive sector(poor unsuspecting fools!) My lines make ball bearings series turbochargers that go into the new 2007 Cat OTR diesel engines (used in Freightliner, Macs, etc...) IF all goes well, I'll be a Manufacturing Engineer at a company in Arvada, Colorado in the next month or 2, that makes pumps and compressors for Oil and Gas refineries. Flying out this weekend to see what happens. If that doesn't pan out, I'm also waiting on the invite (they've already said it's coming but are slower than molasses it seems) for a company that makes VLJ's(Very Light Jets) and twin-prop private aircraft in Englewood and Pueblo, CO.

Guard on the railway.

The nasty person who checks tickets and charges you a lot of money when you haven't got one. The person who'll throw you off if you swear at me. (It's a verbal assault and I don't take it...) But also the person if something happens is responsible for your safety, and making sure nothing worse happens to you. OR if something has happened the person who can let you sit in first class and can authorise free drinks.....but never beer.... it's not worth the hassle of a train load of drunks.

Recently moved from Helena, Montana to Nashville, Tennessee to be the Collections Manager for defaulted student loans. New to the Triumph world with a "new to me" 2004 Speedmaster. Also part time motorcycle safety instructor for MSF, in the summer. Just want to tell you guys how much I appreciate this forum. I've been lurking for a while trying to absorb as much knowledge as possible from everyone on the board. It's been great!
