To answer the above question the 790 makes more HP the 865 more torque. I think the 790 is a little better at higher speeds. That being said either one will do 85 and better easily unless your frame gives gravity too much to grab onto but it has to be quite a bit! I'm over 200lbs and my SM sees over 100mph on the speedo fairly often.
