What i did as many others have is to made a D tool by taking something like a .22 shell and bending one side flat. It won't work well, but it will allow you to get the screws out so you can slot them for use with a regular screwdriver. then i took a small screwdriver and cut it down very short to get in there easily. The .22 shell was just an axample, but something similar is what worked for me. Just some hollow tube that was part of a TV cable connector or something. Whatever you use it just has to work well enough to get the screws out once so you can slot them. I did this because D tools are about 20 bucks plus shipping, and if you lose it theres another 20. i'd just rather have it adjustable with a regular tool as it should be.
