Well, baring unforeseen cirucmstances and a February blizzard. I just bought tickets for the wife and four friedns to see the Clapton/Winwood show at Madison Square Garden in February. Never had the chance to see Clapton. Presale to AmEx went on sale at 9 AM and I just bought the cheapest tix ($65), but at MSG almost every seat is decent compared to the newer mega-venues. We're staying an extra night for some NYC fun.

Very envious! Very, very envious! I saw them play together this summer at the Crossroads Guitar Festival. I'm thinking you're gonna' enjoy yourselves. Have I mentioned how very envious I am?

Al, that's great! I saw Clapton at the Cream 2005 reunion show at MSG. You'll love the show. But remember, don't inhale.

Saw Clapton in Denver last year, playing with Robert Cray.
He was brilliant. You'll have a great time!

I don't think you will have any fun at all. And should mail me your tickets as soon as possible. I will let you know just how lucky you were to not have to sit through what will undoubtly be a terrible show.

Not the best tickets, but heck, we're in the arena. Best news is four of our friends are also coming along and we're be in NYC on Friday night as well. Should be a hoot.

Show is tomorrow evening. Scored an employee rate at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, should be a fun weekend.

I have post- Fogherty Creedence tickets for May 3 , front row ! Will trade you . Thank you , it will be fun down here in Fayetteville for you . MSG ? That's monosodium glutamate , not good , that's what happened to Mr . Fogherty , he gargled with it , now he sounds like a bullfrog .
