I opted for the "heavy duty" battery tender interface cable (PL/SAE CABLE - PAC-010.) Again, works like a champ!

I went the Powerlet route and just bought a cigarette lighter adaptor that plugs into my battery tender lead. It's only for occasional use with me, so that works fine charging the cell phone as needed. I run the adaptor over to my saddle bag and keep the phone in there during charging.
