You are only as good as your last sale. Don't buy from them at all. Take a road trip and get one elsewhere. Don't have them fix it either. Put it in a truck and road trip it to the dealer you buy it from. They don't generally break and the services can be done by you also. Warranty work, well, take the ride. It will be worth it just to boycott those idiots.
There will be a new dealer there very soon. They can't stay in business with Triumph for long with that attitude.
