I dotn know why you would even consider dealing with someone who obviously isnt respecting you, nor really hungry to earn it.
Look online, call some other dealers and see who will make a deal with you ( dont rely on anyone, especially a rep, to do it for you. For a rep, it could be a conflict of interest, to pick one dealer over another. Not all reps have the balls to do it, especially walking into a territory new ).

Call Baxter in Marne, IA
Call Geoff at MCC in Villa Park, IL
Look around and shop the opportunities. You know what you want, now just find it and deal for it. DOnt accept less.
