Id get involved in the local RAT to let others locally know what idiots these guys are. I would nt give them a lick of business, and would write letters to Triumph corp in GA and in the UK. This crap is on par with the Harley preferred crap, where you spent 20K on a bike, but need to jion the club to get good service.
Around here, a Yamaha dealer tried to tell me that is the best deal out there, all the add ons and crap, I told him to pound sand and called him a con and also told him I hope he goes out of business. Now, isnt it funny they had to sell it this year, not enough sales to stay afloat.
