Since it is a small dealership, it should be easier to get in touch with the owner.
It is completely wrong of them to knock anything off of the $1200 in accessories. That is a Triumph deal, not a dealership deal. The dealer get reimbursed from Triumph for that. They should make you the exact same deal that they made for Mike, if not a better one.
