Well there are only two salespersons at this dealership and the one my friend spoke to is not the one that I dealt with, however they know that we are friends and I think could have treated him better. I will speak with the salesperson I worked with when they open next week, and I'll see what happens. If they don't want to sell my friend a bike at a reasonable rate then f*** 'em I guess. Their loss. As far as the mechanic goes and the staff overall, they've been really cool, like I said, even going so far as to throw in free labor and stuff like that, including parts above and beyond the original agreement. It's more like when you have a friend you're bragging about and then they make a jerk out of themselves when they meet the person you're talking to. Anyway Matt, probably do exactly what you recommended on Monday, and more than anything wanted to vent as my friend walked in ready to buy a bike today and left the shop without one. He was bummed out and I was bummed out for him.
