I would like you guys to know we are using many of the ideas posted here.Wendy is on the phone with Children and Youth right now,we will be going to the DA to file charges, we are going to the ER with Wendy to documant her injuries and then back to the police station to push for assault charges. We contacted the state police and they basicly told us the local cops are not doing their jobs and those girls should have been taken away in cuffs and had the parents called to pick them up at the station after being charged. It does appear we may have recourse but that has yet to be determined and I'll keep you all updated. Special thanks to 03cruiser for taking the time to look up the laws for us. Thanx also for all the good suggestions and support like I said before this is a great group of people and have been nothing but good to me when I was down. Feels like an extended family.
