 MCC near Chicago came through!

So when I got my bike I waited for hours for the floorboards to come in, and they didn't show up - didn't get them installed. There was a mix-up, 2 left floorboards, didn't ship in time, etc. I have them now though. The guys at MCC went to bat for me. They called Triumph and ended up getting them to send me a Triumph Samford jacket!!! It should be here in a few days. Just wanted to let you know about a shop that went out of the way to make a customer happy. Good guys. www.teammcc.com

I know! I am getting a $400 jacket for free! I have never even owned a riding jacket before. It will be like jumping into a luxury car for my first car! I will NOT miss the flapping and buffeting of my regular jackets while I ride.

Man! That's great, Josh! Sounds like a good dealership there! (hey, while you're pickin' up your free jacket, tell 'em I've been waitin' over 5 years for my CENTERSTAND to come for my '02 Bonnie America, and tell 'em it'll take a free 675 Street Triple to make things right for me...will ya do that for me dude?!)

I'll work on it. They are UPSing it to me though, so I'm not sure I am going to have much luck. I am really quite blessed that it worked out how it did.
