The tax system quit punishing risk takers a long time ago but that's nice O'Reilly/Limbaugh drivel. Not rewarding a Communist nation by making it a trading partner is not protectionism, it's common sense. Of course, that's a lot harder to achieve when the President's brother is China's top lobbyist.
