Steven,

You've done a great job on her after the accident.

I love the tail light.

Yeah he definately did a sweet job putting it back together. Here's another thread he started.

Hopefully I'll get to see it in person next month.

aw geez John, thanks bro. Wow, a thread with my name in the title and it's not about something bad or stupid, I feel special now, hehehehehe.

Yeah, I'm rather fond of the tail light myself, I spent alot of time combing the net trying to find something I liked. I originally planned on doing a light set up like Keith has with it flushed in and all... I was second guessing my fab skills though. In retrospect, after cutting that whole section of fender out and welding in a new piece, shaping, filing, grinding ect. I'm thinking cutting a hole in it would have been a little easier... told you that stripper eats brain cells.

Oh and Soren... the wall, well the bike is so black I wanted to get some color in behind it to set it off. Thought since I live in the city what better than a little graffitti and some broken glass on the pavement. That wall is the side of a welding shop on the South Side (Pilsen) that the owner lets the employees kids paint on. They paint over the whole thing every few months and let the kids go at it again. Some really amazing work shows up on that space, mind blowing, the details and colors. The graffitti is a tough one, I can truly appreciate the artistic nature of it and when it's displayed as art appropriately so, it rocks.... slapped up in the form of vandalism on peoples garages and homes has me looking for a ball bat.

When it looks that good I've got to say something. I also posted to you other thread in customs. I'll be getting some of that powdercoat remover soon.

Looks a lot like a Honda Shadow tail light.
