I was in a band that opened for Stevie Ray in 1987. We talked for awhile and proved to be a very nice guy..as well as the rest of the members. Saw him one more time just before that sad day of his demise.
Jeff Beck has always been in my top tier of favorites. Only got to see him once on the Blow By Blow tour. He is amazing!
