I've been looking at saddlebags a fair bit lately. The K-Drive bags appear quite sturdy and good quality but I do not like the following features:
1) They appear to be a gray rather than black.
2) The appear a bit bulky, not sure why, just look that way to me when they are on the bike.
3) When you remove the bag, I don't like to see the mount. Thats why I prefer the EZ brackets for mounting.
So far I like the look of the Tourmaster II's (large slant) not the XL. Almost ready to pull the plug.
