I bought a kit last year and received a voucher for a dyno which cos I lived in Aus, sent to Pat (dinqua)given all the work he has done for us.
Anyway, having used newbonnyville many times now, I imagine it is only a minor error on the packing person's behalf and would be surprised if Brent didn't have your voucher sent to you in the next couple of days.
Regarding the kit, what makes you think it may not be the right one?

Maybe someone out there can help but I thought the jets and needles were interchangable.
