Another related question to my deer encounter and my 02. the adjuster was already here Sat. Took some pictures. Didn't say much. I'm leery of this profession cause I've heard some stories of adjusters being unfair. Question, Some parts have just a little damage(tail pipe has a small dent the size of a quarter) Is the adjuster obligated to replace my broken /bent parts with new ones? I suppose even the tank could be puttied and made to look good, but I wouldn't want to. How much power do I actually have in this situation? I want my just freshly painted scoot to look as good as it was before the deer!
