I guess if you go through enough toll booths it would be worth the effort. I'd get the outside transponder and zip-tie it to your foot control bar, or even under the bike and save the $40 bucks.
i have the outside transponder attached to my fork bag. it aint pretty but neither is zip pass and mine's free!!
