I'm a great fan of witbier or weissbier... i like the sweetness and the earthy undertones of it.
I'm not one for thinking there is a beer dependant on mood, I'll guzzle anything beerwise, as long as it's not light beer.
My favourite Belgian beer has to be Leffe as I visited belium just recently... photo to come
