While you're at it, buy this book. It is really good and the author/illustrator loves Triumphs.

I looked at this book, and was gonna get it for ideas for things to do with my Guides (Girl Scouts). Is it worth it?

Gina- anything that gets little girls' hands off of Bratz Dolls (shudder) and Webkinz and out playing in the REAL WORLD is a good thing, I think.

Boys- re: Dancing Girls. I've been doing very well keeping my toes (and typing fingers) away from the edge of the AUP....don't tempt me.

I think going outside to play goes for boys and girls, entirely too much time is spent being electronicly babysat. Kids need exercise. When most of us grew up you came home from school and got outside to play as soon as you could and didn't come back in until mom made you!

Call me a sexist if you will , but I like the thought of a somewhat dirty barefoot woman in a tree !

Dangerous Boys need Daring Girls .

BUT unfortunately, a whole lot fewer of 'em than I wound'a hoped ever took me up on my dares!

(but there WAS this one girl, Gloria who.........)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Methodically stroking his greying beard , Dr. Helmholtz asked
the reclining Dwight , " Tell me about this .... Gloria ."

And * SNAP * Dwight opens the door to the "way back" machine and a song begins to play it's three chords in my head:

G-L-O-R-I-A (GLORIA)
G-L-O-R-I-A (GLORIA)
I'm gonna shout it all night (GLORIA)
I'm gonna shout it everyday (GLORIA)
Yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah

Dang, was that really Van Morrison in 1964?
