Well John, I was there in sort of an "official/un-official" capacity, so I didn't want to argue with her and maybe be the cause of Matt receiving a ration of you-know-what from her, but I know what you're saying and kind of agree with ya. I only brought this up to show the "corporate mentality" that's prevalent out there.
(ya know, maybe Ward Cleaver is kind'a right afterall in that "Are There Any Honest Dealers Out There" thread?. Maybe marketing and sales ARE all geared to keeping Joe and Jane Public uninformed, huh?!)
