As much as I would like to have the standard springs, and not spend the extra cash, I am 6'3" 300 lbs and built like a football player, as I was one for many years.
I use the bike as a commuter, and comfort would be very nice as right now I have the stock shocks pre-loaded to the max, and I can bottom them out over a harsh road. Not to mention the dive when I come to a stop.
I will wear those our soon enough due to the weight and I am would like to get the best shock with the most heavy duty spring I can get on it for that time.
Now, as many have said, I ride a bike that is just too small for me, but I like it, and at the moment, I am stuck in the deal I made, and can't get rid of it to go up to a heavier cruiser, such as the Rocket III.
I am just trying to make the best of what I have.
