My motorcycle keyring is starting to get out of control. I just installed my Corbin which brings my number of keys to various things on my bike up to 6. Ignition, fork, helmet, disc brake, Easy Brackets, Corbin seat lock. I could see myself adding another key by maybe getting a locking gas cap. A while back I got a quickconnect that I can use to detach my motorcycle ring from my main one (house, truck) so I don't have to carry them if I'm not riding but my most recent accessories keep adding more weight to my pocket. I don't need them all the time but I'd rather have them and not use them then want to lock/unlock something and not have the key.
The disc brake lock and helmet lock were both made by the same manufacturer and they're the ones that Brent carries (Dura-lock I believe). They both use the same size key but have different lock/key numbers. If anyone is willing I'd be happy to trade you a lock of the same item if it matches the keys I've got so I can use the same key for both locks. Let me know and we can swap numbers. For example, I've got a helmet lock with key #1 and DB lock with key #2 (hypothetical #s). I'll trade my equivalent lock for a helmet lock #2 or a DB #1.
