Pertaining to Baxter Cycle. Family run business, which is almost always better. I live three hours from them, so most of my dealings with them is just ordering parts, never a problem with that. Mr. Baxter can be a litle gruff, but he definetly knows his stuff. Although you don't come away from this dealer with a warm fuzzy feeling, Baxter Cycle has a good reputation and I have found them to be absolutely fair. (I have actually had dealings with cycle dealers who were lavish in warmth and attention while they knifed you in the back and lied to you to your face.)
