In nearly all cases, the factory ships FOB (freight on board), which means they will load the vehicle onto a truck or railcar and after that the dealer is responsible for getting it to their shop. The cost of doing that will vary a lot depending on distance, quantity and carrier. If they are moving one bike and the carrier has a lot of other stuff on the same truck going to the same general location or if they are moving a whole truckload, it will cost less than if they are hiring a truck just to move the one bike or if they are way out of the way for a truck loaded with other stuff. If they are picking up 40 tons of stuff 2 doors down from the Triumph warehouse and dropping it 1/2 mile from the dealer, the cost of adding a bike or two to the shipment would be negligible.
