I bought mine in July from Capitol BMW/Triumph in Raleigh. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Raleigh is not all that far for you if you're looking in Charlotte. They were upfront and honest w/ me about everything. They stayed open late to accomodate my schedule. They definitely did not rip me off w/ frivolous charges. When it was time for my first service, when I got to the shop, the service manager explained that he only had one mechanic that day, I said I understand, it's not a big deal, at about 20 minutes after my appointment time, he stopped working on his computer, asked me for my key, and took the bike and did the service himself. They understand the term customer service.
