Sorry guys, I got tired of waiting for the 1500 Triumph Mystery Cruiser. Yesterday I traded in the 2005 Speedmaster on this 2006 Victory Vegas to go along with the Kingpin. All the best to youse great guys here. I'll check back when the 1500 hits the showrooms.

Good looking bike. Hope they give you a good trade in when you come back for the big mystery trumpet.

Being that your SM was your first bike (if I remember correctly), I totally agree with your having to experiment with other brands etc. Especially since Triumph obviously upset you by building bikes in Thailand. On the other hand, you may remain a Victory man for ever. Good luck and safe riding!

Thanks Bedouin, you have a good memory. The Speedy was a good starter bike for me. I may come back to Triumph someday if they can figure out how to make a big cc cruiser between the Speedy & Rocket IN ENGLAND.

You know, for less than the cost of that Vic, you could have put a turbo on the Speedy , but good luck with the Victory.

Good luck with the Victory, Kevin. That's a nice lookin' bike!(except for those funky wheels...but that's just me) And that blue paint...VERY nice! Hope to see you back here now and then, or maybe if and/or when you buy that(dare I say it)...1500 Triumph! (or 1620, if Yota is right, of course)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I thought they were just for going in straight lines, of course you are in the US. Nice bike though, but as has already been said good luck and you will be back...

If you think we have straight lines you have never been riding in my neck of the woods but I have in England and Wales, my uncle used to live in Wales when he was on a job for Alcoa Aluminum. My 2 cousins were born Welsh citizens even. Some great riding over there.
